PRICES
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are including GST.  Online prices may be subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT
I accept payments via credit card and I happily have arranged to offer Afterpay via the online shop. All payments are processed at the time of ordering. Cash is not accepted for online ordering.

OUR TURNAROUND TIME
I endeavor to get your order out to you as soon as possible within 2-5 business days. creativehardt is currently a 1 person team and on occasion, there are unavoidable delays particularly if you are ordering large paintings, I thank you for your understanding and I will let you know if there is a delay to your order.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
Local pickup is available from the studio in Umina Beach NSW. Contactless pickup is available during lockdown times. An address and time will be arranged at the time of receiving your order.Local Delivery is FREE to the surrounding suburbs of Umina, Ettalong, Woy Woy, Empire Bay, Koolewong on selected items such as paintings. The usual time is 3-7 business days from purchase as we will work this in when we are out and about with other errands, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time if you require it by a certain date please let us know at time of order.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
I always will hold the copyright to all of the artwork and designs of all of the products sold on our website. You may not resell, copy, or reproduce the designs or art in any format without written permission from Belinda Lindhardt. By purchasing an artwork or illustration you understand that unless organised prior to its creation, I may use a replication of the image to create prints or reproductions the artwork for sale on my website or to be sold as digital products. 
Many hours and years of practice have gone into the crafting of my skills and refining to be able to offer these products, please respect. If you ordering a commission of an artwork or an illustration that you require privacy or exclusive license for, you must disclose this prior to ordering or purchasing and we will discuss further.  Wholesale accounts for reselling printed products using our artwork is for approved customers only and you must apply for the right to resell our products.

I also hold the copyright to the content of this Website, including all uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos, reviews, forum posts and databases contained on the Website or in connection with the Services. You must not use or replicate our copyright material other than as permitted by law.  Specifically, you must not use or replicate our copyright material for commercial purposes unless expressly agreed to by Us, in which case we may require you to sign a Licence Agreement.
