Painting florals has always been one of my most favourite joys. I love that floral painting essentially captures a moment in time when the flower is just about to burst or has already bloomed. Often flowers and plants I have grown or seen in is my inspiration (i am always taking photos) sometimes my more intuitive floral paintings just decide to evolve from a memory or a colour inspiration.
