‘Resilience’
This is a new artwork inspired by this Her Story Exhibition.
As a woman and a mother, we have to often carry with us many things on our shoulders, as our lives move from one chapter to the next we have to form Resilience to things around us but also from ourselves.
Our thoughts and internal dialogue always chattering as we go through our days and some days it’s harder to be strong and keep going than others. Resilience can be a shield as well as a medal to be worn for some, a way we can do what we do and love ourselves in the mirror at the end of the day!
