creativehardt popup activation - May 2022
Creative Arena - Under Stadium - Woy Woy4th – 29th May 2022 in conjunction with the Central Coast Council,
we are facilitating a Popup event in Woy Woy for Artists, Creative Explorers & Visitors.
Creative Arena @ Woy Woy is located under Woy Woy Stadium, Oval Road Woy Woy.
During our event I will be bringing together community and connecting with your creative heart through workshops, artwork displays, creative gifts for sale by local designers, artist talks and bringing together information from local community art groups & events.
Whatever your skills and interest there will be collaborative works creative space for those who just need a bit of time out to connect and be inspired.
FOR VISITORS
During our time in at the creative arena, there will be opportunities for you to take part in:
- Viewing beautiful artworks by local artists in a range of subjects & mediums available for purchase
- Attending creative workshops for learning a new artistic skill and connecting with other like-minded people
- Artist Biz Talks for practical information & training for artists and creatives
- Purchase a gifts created by and supporting local small creative businesses such as Greeting Cards, Stationery Sets, Tea towels
- Participating in a collaborative artwork all visitors are welcome to take part in
- On nice days we will have a space for you to sit, grab a cuppa from the local coffee shop and sit and draw, whatever your heart desires, or browse through art related materials.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS, TUTORS, MAKERS
& COMMUNITY GROUPS
If you would like to take part in this community activation, applications have closed for workshop tutors and exhibiting artist but if you are a:
- A community organisation in the local area and are interested in supporting one another
- Would like to promote your event or community group
- You are a local small business and are interested in helping support events in your local area.

Open Wed to Sat 10am to 2pm. Some Sundays 11 till 1pm see the calendar.
Workshops may operate outside these times. Appointments are available.
